How to Request an Official Transcript

There are multiple ways in which to request an official transcript: by mail, by email, in person or online. Due to the Family Educational and Privacy Act of 1974 (which prohibits the release of academic records without the written consent of the student), the Registrar’s Office CANNOT accept requests by telephone or email.  Order your transcripts here transcripts.wcu.edu

You should request transcripts at least one week before the transcript is needed.
